Warranty – Luxe Fire Pits

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Luxe Fire Pit. All Luxe Fire Pits include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

What’s Covered:

• Structural integrity of the fire pit body
• Weld defects or material separation under normal intended use
• Structural rust-through resulting directly from manufacturing defects, provided proper care guidelines were followed

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal cosmetic changes resulting from heat, fire exposure, weather, outdoor conditions, or natural aging, including patina, discoloration, oxidation, or surface rust
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper assembly, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage resulting from improper fuel use or failure to follow care instructions
• Damage caused by extreme weather, flooding, saltwater exposure, or other environmental conditions
• Normal wear and tear over time

Because fire pits are exposed to high heat and outdoor elements, natural surface changes and aging are expected and are considered part of the character of the product.

Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the affected area

Warranty Resolution:

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Luxe Fire Pits may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the defective component
• Provide a replacement product
• Offer another appropriate resolution

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
